Who am I

Essentially, I am YOU, that is to mean I asked myself what would YOU find helpful and HALO Directory is my answer.

Let me explain, the past 20 years I have been a business owner running a First Aid Training company as well as being a mother, daughter, friend, sister, wife and myself! Through my training I have had the pleasure of meeting lots of wonderful people who often asked me the following questions:

Do I know a good Nanny? Maternity nurse? Childminder? And on the flip side I had the question from the nannies, childminders and maternity nurses if I knew of any families who may need them.

And the answer, to both, was YES lots of them but there was no way for me to share my database and make the connections.

Furthermore, my thoughts expanded to all the wonderful people I have met throughout my life so far, from those who offer Self Care, Animal Care, House Care, Student Care all the way to Event Care, some whose services I have had the pleasure of experiencing.

So why does this directory exist

It exists to connect people, pure and simple. Although technology has its positive uses, people will always need people. This directory encourages providers to be authentic, transparent and honest by asking them 3 simple questions, whose answers require all the above qualities. Their answers will resonate with you and that's when you know you may have made a beautiful connection!

My vision is to see this directory become a community that helps each other, beyond just the services you provide but by who you are. You may ask yourself how would that work? By starting and building it together.
